What if my order is damaged or I've received the wrong item? Even though we strive for perfection, each product is individually packaged by a human and on occasion there may be an error. If you have an item that's been damaged in shipping, contact us at admin@eriezooshop.org (please include a photo). We stand behind our products and will provide you with a replacement or refund.

When will my order arrive?

Please expect a wait time of one week on average (with possible longer times due to COVID-19). If you haven't received your shipment within 2 weeks, please contact admin@eriezooshop.org
