Am I Able to Return of Exchange My Purchase?

We only allow return of items to be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kbowes@eriezoo.org and we will arrange details from there.


What if my order is damaged or I've received the wrong item?
Even though we strive for perfection, each product is individually packaged by a human and on occasion there may be an error. If you have an item that's been damaged in shipping or not what you ordered- contact us at kbowes@eriezoo.org. We stand behind our products and will provide you with a replacement or refund.
